The Village at Heritage Holds Three Ribbon Cuttings For New Businesses
By Hailey Hibbard
Last week, Heritage set a new record as we welcomed three merchants over two days. With ribbon cutting ceremonies both Tuesday and Wednesday, The Village was abuzz with the excitement of our community. Officially joining the roster of Merchants, Card and Cloth, Vargas Fruteria, and Heritage Pizza Parlour have all been highly anticipated additions to the Heritage community!
Card and Cloth
Card and Cloth is the combined effort of Kaci Collins (who formerly owned Paperwerk) and Natalie Hedrick (who previously owned Hanger Management). These women saw an opportunity to join forces to create an all-in-one boutique experience. Now employing 12 staff over two locations and utilizing a strong social media marketing strategy, Card and Cloth has quickly become one of the River Valley’s most exciting small businesses to watch!

is a household name. For years it has been the last word in good pizza at an affordable price to enjoy with your family. Kyushun and Selena Lee, owners of Van Buren Pizza Parlour, along with their son, Kody, have decided to bring their talents to Heritage. The same incredible people (and pizza) you know and love in a brand new location! Heritage Pizza Parlour brought all of the menu items you’ve grown to love and added a few dishes that may surprise you. Whether you’re in the mood for a slice of pepperoni or looking for something a little lighter, like a cauliflower crust, skillet pizza, or the best salad bar around, the team at Heritage Pizza Parlour always delivers.
There’s more to see and more to do at Heritage every day, and we’re building traditions to last a lifetime. Local shopping and local dining for you and yours, we hope to see you this holiday season. Whether it’s for the day or just for lunch, grab your family and friends and make a trip out to see us...you may just find your new favorite place. The Village at Heritage is located at 7309 Chad Colley Blvd. across from ACHE.
The Village location marks their fifth location and embodies the excitement and excellence Vargas Fruteria is known for. Now with two locations in the Fort Smith area, Heritage is proud to welcome such a successful and driven group to our community. Fresh ingredients and over-the-top flavor combinations are the trademark
of this thriving business. Offering what has been described as a “dessert experience,” Vargas Fruteria is more than your average ice cream shoppe and is sure to become a staple treat for you and your family.
